How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
What are your shipping options within Australia?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping applies.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear this. We take the utmost care in ensuring your products arrive safely, and we understand how disappointing this can be. Please contact our customer care team at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order, ideally with a photo of the damage. We will be sure to arrange a replacement for you straight away. You are in good hands.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process our orders promptly to get them to you as quickly as possible. If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is confirmed, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
We are delighted by the global interest in our skincare and are pleased to offer shipping to a growing number of international destinations.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. As these are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. While we dispatch all orders promptly, international delivery times can vary, but typically range from 7 to 21 business days.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are developed with care and integrity, and many of our clients have sensitive or reactive skin. We avoid common irritants and focus on high-quality, effective ingredients. However, as every person's skin is unique, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are made with fresh, effective ingredients. To ensure you are using them at their best, we recommend using them within 12 months of opening.
Are ENRICH products cruelty free?
We are unconditionally committed to cruelty-free practices. All of our formulas are vegan, free of SLS-ALS, free of mineral oil, fragrance free.
How long before I start seeing results?
Many clients notice a significant improvement in skin clarity, texture, and hydration within the first 2–4 weeks. More significant results in concerns like pigmentation, fine lines, and barrier repair are typically visible after consistent use over 6–12 weeks.

Are ENRICH products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
ENRICH products are pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor prior to introducing any new products.
Are ENRICH Skincare products suitable for all skin tones and ethnicities?
Yes — ENRICH Skincare is formulated to be safe, effective, and inclusive for all skin tones, ethnicities, and skin types.. As with any active formula, we recommend introducing products gradually and adjusting use based on your skin’s individual response.
I’m not sure which products to choose, or I can’t commit to the full routine — what should I do?
We understand that every skin journey, and every budget, is different. Our Routine Builder is designed to help you curate a simple, effective routine tailored to your skin concerns. If you're unsure where to start, focus on one or two essentials targeting your most immediate concern, such as the Enrich Vitamin C Day Cream and Vitamin C Night Cream.
How often should I use the Glycolic Skin Solution?
As it’s a dual product for resurfacing and anti-ageing, as well as acne reversion, usage depends. Start with 2–3 times per week, gradually increasing to nightly use as tolerated. Your clinic practitioner can advise on a tailored frequency based on your skin conditions or resurfacing goals.
Can the Glycolic Skin Solution be used on sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formula is suitable for all skin types. However, this product contains glycolic acid, which may cause sensitivity to active eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, or compromised skin barriers.
Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes — Centroid Glycolic Spray is highly effective for managing congestion, acne, breakouts, keratosis pilaris, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. It helps to gently exfoliate and balance the skin’s microbiome.
Is AHA & Beta Lotion suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes — it’s excellent for managing congestion, texture irregularities, and superficial scarring. It assists in resurfacing and clarifying the skin while delivering hydration.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Shopify Payments for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Do you accept payment plans?
