Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or purchasing from enrichskincare.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the policies they reference (e.g. our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update the Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• break any applicable law or regulation;

• introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;

• post content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringes another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these rules. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

All Site content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Please consult a health professional for personalised guidance.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, product names, logos and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Enrich Skincare and protected by Australian and international IP laws. You are given a personal, non-commercial licence to view the Site. You must not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit our content without written permission. You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal manner that does not damage our reputation or suggest endorsement. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

Accounts

To purchase, you may create an account. Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to hold an account. We can refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch the goods. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may correct pricing errors—even after payment—and will contact you if a correction affects your order.

Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party processors; we do not store your full card number. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or decline an order (for example, suspected resale or fraud). If you need to change or cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible; once an order is prepared for shipping we may be unable to amend it.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays once parcels are handed to the carrier.

Risk and title pass to you on delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and secure. Inspect your order promptly; report missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

Change-of-Mind / Satisfaction Guarantee: 30 days from delivery. Products must be unopened & unused; or if opened/used, at least 50% of the product must remain (our “Try Me” promise). You pay return shipping. Remedy: refund or store credit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 30 days. Enrich covers return postage. Remedy: replacement, repair or full refund (including original shipping).

Allergic reactions: contact us within 30 days; we can troubleshoot, exchange or refund.

Promotion/bundle adjustments: refunds are reduced pro‑rata for returned bundle items.

Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. Any additional warranties operate in addition to these statutory rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for rights that cannot be excluded under law, the Site and all products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non‑infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Where an implied warranty cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement or paying the cost of replacement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrich Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profits, data or goodwill). Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total liability is capped at the price you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enrich Skincare and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including full legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third‑party rights.

User‑Generated Content

If you post reviews or other content you warrant you own or control the rights to it and it is lawful. You grant Enrich a royalty‑free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content. We may remove User Content at any time. User Content represents the views of the author, not necessarily Enrich.

Third‑Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement; access external sites at your own risk.

Promotions, Gift Cards & Rewards

Promotional codes, discounts and contests are subject to additional terms. Unless stated, offers cannot be combined, are limited‑time and may be withdrawn without notice.

Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash, are valid for a minimum of three years from issue and should be treated like cash.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction under applicable consumer laws.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
